Cold Creek Executive invite current and former Cold Creek high school graduating players to apply the association’s Volunteer Award.  

Applications are due May 1st and are to be submitted in email form to our President at [email protected] 

The application form and 500 word essay details can be found by clicking on the Volunteer Award tab.
